Wash and dry produce. In a #small bowl{}, whisk together @mayonnaise{4%tablespoon}, @gochujang sauce{1%ounce}, half the @garlic powder{2%teaspoon}, @water{1%teaspoon}, @salt{1%teaspoon}, and @black pepper{1%teaspoon}. Set aside.

In a #medium bowl{}, gently combine @ground pork{20%ounce}, remaining garlic powder, @sugar{4%teaspoon}, salt, and pepper. Form the pork mixture into two 1/2-inch-thick patties (four patties for four servings), each slightly wider than a burger bun. Heat @cooking oil{1%teaspoon} in a #large pan{} over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, halve and toast @brioche buns{4%unit} in the large pan. In a #large bowl{}, toss @mixed greens{4%ounce} with as much @sesame dressing{3%ounce} as you like. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Spread cut sides of the toasted buns with the gochujang aioli. Fill with patties and @crispy fried onions{2%unit}. Divide burgers and salad between plates. Serve.
